Mockingbird provides you a platform to create wireframes and put your ideas on the webpage. For those who don't know about Wireframes, it is a schematic webpage or you can say its a framework which can be edited as per your requirements or choice. 

So through such wireframe tools, anyone can create a webpage easily. Just remove, edit and modify the blocks already placed on the wireframes page.
