Materials:
10 pieces know skin cleared diagonally, split the middle
150 gr of beef
50 gr tapioca flour
3 cloves of garlic, fried whole until browned
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cube ice cubes
Salt to taste .

Way:
1. Mop the meat by using chopper until half smooth, then input the mixture of flour, salt, pepper, garlic and ice cubes.
2. Mop up again until smooth and the material is well blended. Put the meat mill mixture into the tofu, then steam until cooked.
4. After the steamed may be directly eaten or fried first. Serve with cayenne pepper
