Hong Kong Tasteem(4) - Creamy Seafood Udon with Black Truffle

This day I walked for over 3 hours and really tired. So I decided to enjoy a great dinner! I heard of this restaurant for long time and today I had to visit it.
> 這一天因事在路上走了幾個小時,實在是太累了,所以決定要吃個好好的滿足一下。之前已經得知這家店好有名,難得這一次到了附近,就一定要朝聖一下了!

This Japanese Restaurant is opened by a HK couple. To open the restaurant, they sold their flat! Finally they did a great job and now own two restaurants. The restaurant is located at Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, a very famous food street of HK. 
> 這間日本餐廳是由一對香港夫婦開的,他們為了開這家店,不惜把樓都賣掉!已最終他們也做出成績,更開了分店!這一家叫八沢的餐廳位於筲箕灣著名的食街 - 東大街!一家小小的店,打扮得很有日本小餐廳的感覺。

I came alone and was assigned to a table facing the wall haha.
> 由於我只是一個人來吃,我被指派到面壁思過的位子,不過我無所謂,倒是可以看看牆上的擺設,順便先來一瓶啤酒!

I was not really hungry and couldn’t order snack but just a main dish, so I ordered the specialty - Creamy Seafood Udon with Black Truffle.
> 由於一個人點不到什麼小吃,就點了它們最出名的招牌菜 - 黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬!

There were salmon, scallop with black truffle plus the creamy soap. What a great dish! The creamy soup is developed by the restaurant and the udon is hand made also!
> 這烏冬內有帆立貝和三文魚,加上黑松露,配上濃濃的忌廉湯,實在是人間美味,不得不提,這個忌廉湯底是店主自行研發的。而主角烏冬,更是由餐廳親自手打出來,這年代在香港已經很難找到手打烏冬了,所以這烏冬特別彈牙有質感!

I seldom drink the soup but this time I finished it all.
> 我現在外出吃面,已經很少會喝那個湯,但這一次,我短短十分鐘不用,就把整碗面都吃完了。

The udon was great but also not cheap. It costed HK$98 (~US$12.5). But I really recommend to have a try!
> 雖然這個烏冬很好吃,不過價錢也不便宜,需要港幣$98。但是,偶然吃一次也不為過,誠意推介大家!
