Son muchas las cervezas y cerveceras sobre las que he escrito, pero nunca lo había hecho de "Brew By Numbers", una curiosa micro cervecera asentada en Londres, en la famosa beer mile, cerca del Puente de la Torre. Y digo curiosa, porque como ya indica su nombre, los nombres de éstas son números. Hoy en concreto os muestro una de las más populares, la 05.  **Cerveza:** 05 **Cervecera:** Brew By Numbers (Londres, Reino Unido) **Estilo:** Hazy India Pale Ale **Alcohol:** 6.2º **Lúpulo:** Citra **Formato:** Lata de 440 ml      Pese a ser una cerveza monovarietal de Citra, en ella aparecen sabores rara vez asociados a este lúpulo. El pomelo, el maracuyá y el mango combinan con los característicos matices cítricos. El resultado es una cerveza muy jugosa y sabrosa, realmente fácil de beber y con escaso amargor. Ideal para refrescar estos días de intenso calor que nos brinda el comienzo del verano. El exceso de espuma al servir, tal y como se aprecia en las fotos, me hizo pensar en un problema de exceso de carbonatación, pero afortunadamente no fue así. ___________________________________________________________________ There are many beers and breweries that I have written about, but I had never written about "Brew By Numbers", a curious microbrewery located in London, in the famous beer mile, near Tower Bridge. And I say curious, because as its name already indicates, the names of these are numbers. Today in particular I show you one of the most popular, the 05.  **Beer:** 05 **Brewery:** Brew By Numbers (London, UK) **Style:** Hazy India Pale Ale **Alcohol:** 6.2º **Hops:** Citra **Format:** 440 ml can      Despite being a varietal Citra beer, flavors rarely associated with this hop appear in it. Grapefruit, passion fruit and mango combine with characteristic citrus undertones. The result is a very juicy and tasty beer, really easy to drink and with little bitterness. Ideal to refresh these days of intense heat that the beginning of summer offers us. The excess foam when serving, as can be seen in the photos, made me think it was a problem of excess carbonation, but fortunately it was not.
