Hoy os muestro una cerveza de unos chicos canadienses que también hace mucho tiempo que no veía. Se trata de Collective Arts Brewing. Una de las primeras cerveceras canadienses que probé, junto con los míticos Flying Monkeys. Cervezas muy bien hechas y con una estética muy cuidada. Algunas veces critico a algunas marcas por su nulo cuidado a las etiquetas. Con esta cervecera más bien debo decir todo lo contrario. No es que hagan una cuidad presentación de su cerveza, sino que realizan hasta seis etiquetas diferentes para la misma cerveza. Eso me ha despistado alguna vez a la hora de saber si había probado la cerveza. Pero se agradece mucho el mimo con el que cuidan sus cervezas. De ahí el nombre, Collective Arts, no solo tenemos maestros cerveceros dentro, también ilustradores de calidad.  **Cerveza:** Live in the clouds **Cervecera:** Collective arts brewing (Hamilton, Ontario, Canadá) **Estilo:** New England India Pale Ale / Hazy India Pale Ale **Alcohol:** 6.1º **Lúpulo:** Simcoe y Mosaic **Formato:** LAta de 475 ml Una NEIPA de manual. Turbia y afrutada. De trago fácil, densa y sabrosa. Se agradece la frescura y cantidad de los que son probablemente los dos lúpulos más utilizados y apreciados en la historia de la cerveza artesana. Un aroma que te transporta a una frutería y una facilidad de trago escandalosa. Excelente cerveza.      _____________________________________________________________________ Today I show you a beer from some Canadian guys that I haven't seen in a long time. This is Collective Arts Brewing. One of the first Canadian breweries I tried, along with the legendary Flying Monkeys. Very well made beers with a very careful aesthetic. Sometimes I criticize some brands for their lack of attention to labels. With this brewery I should rather say the opposite. It is not that they make a city presentation of their beer, but that they make up to six different labels for the same beer. That has sometimes confused me when it comes to knowing if I had tried the beer. But the care with which they take care of their beers is greatly appreciated. Hence the name, Collective Arts, we not only have brewmasters inside, but also quality illustrators.  **Beer:** Live in the clouds **Brewery:** Collective arts brewing (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) **Style:** New England India Pale Ale / Hazy India Pale Ale **Alcohol:** 6.1º **Hops:** Simcoe and Mosaic **Format:** 475 ml can A textbook NEIPA. Cloudy and fruity. Easy to drink, dense and tasty. The freshness and quantity of what are probably the two most used and appreciated hops in the history of craft beer is appreciated. An aroma that transports you to a fruit shop and a scandalous ease of swallowing. Excellent beer.
