Parece que estos muchachos polacos le han cogido el punto a este estilo. Esta es la cuarta cerveza de este estilo que pruebo de esta marca y no sabría quedarme con una. Estaban todas deliciosas. Las anteriores pertenecían a la serie "Smooth Bowl", sin embargo esta no. Pero el resultado es el mismo. Tal y como dije en otro artículo: "Dime un sabor y te hago una cerveza"... pues eso está pasando en el mundo de la cerveza artesana tanto en las Stout como en las SOUR, estilos antagónicos pero que combinan bien con el dulce. En esta ocasión tenemos una cerveza con sabor al mítico postre banana split.  **Cerveza:** Passion Banana Split **Cervecera:** Browar Nepomucen (Szkaradowo, Polonia) **Estilo:** Imperial Sour Pastry / Smooth SOUR **Alcohol:** 7.2º **Formato:** Lata de 500 ml Solo le falta la pequeña bengala que ponían en el plato y la pajita. La cerveza es una réplica perfecta. Mucho plátano y cholotae negro y blanco, además de fruta de la pasión, en una cerveza que esconde perfectamente los más de 7º de alcohol. Me considero muy fan de este nuevo estilo. No para beber todos los días. pero sí de vez en cuando. La espuma es muy densa, pero todavía lo es más la cerveza. Y el aroma como no podía ser de otra forma es brutal. This is the fourth beer of this style that I have tried from this brand and I wouldn't know how to choose one. They were all delicious. The previous ones belonged to the "Smooth Bowl" series, however not this one. But, the result is the same. Just as I said in another article: "Tell me a flavor and I'll make you a beer"... well that's happening in the world of craft beer both in Stouts and SOURs, antagonistic styles but that combine well with sweets. . This time we have a beer flavored with the legendary banana split dessert.  **Beer:** Passion Banana Split **Brewery:** Browar Nepomucen (Szkaradowo, Poland) **Style:** Imperial Sour Pastry / Smooth SOUR **Alcohol:** 7.2º **Format:** 500 ml can The only thing missing is the small sparkler they put on the plate and the straw. The beer is a perfect replica. Lots of banana and black and white cholotae, as well as passion fruit, in a beer that perfectly hides the more than 7º of alcohol. I consider myself a big fan of this new style. Not to drink every day. but yes from time to time. The foam is very dense, but the beer is even more dense. And the aroma, as it could not be otherwise, is brutal. A 10 again for Nepomucen.
