## <center> ***Rumoh Aceh*** </center> Rumoh Aceh Previously I discussed a bit about the outer appearance of Rumoh Aceh, now I will share for the second connection. Before we go up or enter into Rumoh Aceh first we have to ride "reunyeun" (ladder), because Rumoh Aceh is a high house. Once inside we will see straight ahead "seuramoe ukeue" (front porch) .Seramoe keue "(front porch) is a living room that stretches throughout the house. This space is used to receive guests, run religious activities and as a place of family deliberation and to the left there is a cabinet with various antiques inside, which are neatly tucked away. Seuramoe Ukee atau serambi depan pada Rumoh Aceh This is the place where it is closed with a mat, because this room is rarely functioned, this place is functional when the ceremony is solemn, in this section lay carpet where for each guest provided "tika duek" (sitting mat) respectively, rectangular shaped plaited and decorated beautifully. In addition to the left room there is another room that usually contains equipment items that indicate the type of work or the penchant for the owner of the house. Not infrequently in this room there is also a bird cage "leuek" (balam) or "meureubok" (perkutut). ---- <div class=pull-left> </div> <div class=pull-right> </div> ---- ---- After seeing the front porch space think continue the sphere "creeper" or the living room, which is a connecting space between two bedrooms. The "vines" are used exclusively for fellow residents, for relatives or for men, only for those who are familiar with the whole family in a limited way. This is because this space can only lead to the back porch (seuramoe likot), where the women live and perform daily activities. ---- Kande meugantung ---- And the next is the back or "seuramoe likot" located in the eastern "seuramoe likot" that serves as a kitchen, it certainly contains all the kitchen equipment, including cooking utensils and food ingredients. Cooking utensils are dominated by pottery tools, in addition to some of which are made of brass or copper. Seasonings and recipes or groceries are kept in tight-sealed bottles, neatly arranged on top of a kind of shelf against the wall. There is a "salang" made of "on iboih" (a kind of lontar leaf) decorated in three or five layers; as a place to harness pots or pots containing foodstuffs or cooking foods hanging firmly to the ceiling of a "sandeng", a kind of bamboo shelf, where kitchen appliances are placed in various shapes and necessities. Still in this room, near the kitchen stands upright a cupboard of plates, cups, saucers and ceramic bowls used as everyday tableware. There is also a simple shelf beside the "creeper" door, where the mats are ready to be stretched whenever necessary. <div class=pull-left> </div> <div class=pull-right> </div> ---- <div class=pull-left> </div> <div class=pull-right> </div> ---- Hello dear streemian, come to a place where we can remember history to remind our ancestors who have given us all the comforts we feel today.
