And that's how you keep the consistency check on every single thing, right? And if you have high detail high for you pay attention. You pay attention to the smallest detail, and what you also want on the team, right, is to pass on that culture to your team members, like this is this or nothing, Johnson likes it.

If this person can do it and they're here, you can also do it right. I don't see and as a matter of fact, this. This whole ideology of like black excellence, like it, it doesn't sit well with me because if you, if you're saying black excellence, right, I, it's, it's like, it's like Group A white person knows something they wouldn't say white excellence, right? Like. Shouldn't you just expect excellent? Yeah, I shouldn't just expect excellence from black people. Why? When a black person does something, oh, they say black excellence. I start. But I think, I think it's it's just wrong. That whole ideology needs to change, right? Good things can come from Nigeria, great things as a matter of fact and come from Nigeria, right? It's not limited to an ageographical location or you know, geographical location or something, right? It has to do with the individual, right? 


If you're running the company and you've set your mind that this is where you want to go. And this is a quality I want. 


If you employ someone new to the team, you add someone new to the team, and they're not giving you that quality handshake, bye-bye. There's always someone else who can fit.


 You don't necessarily need a big team. You know, you can keep your team size small. Not everybody can work at Google. It's not everybody who can work at Facebook, right?
