Dicha rutina est谩 armada con ejercicios b谩sicos nivel e intermedio, enfocada en nuestra en nuestros dorsales, tambi茅n dichos ejercicios van a emplear fuerza fe nuestros biceps.

This routine is made up of basic level and intermediate exercises, focused on our dorsal muscles, and also these exercises are going to use our biceps strength.

Para esta rutina estaremos trabajando en base a los siguientes ejercicios: 
 
1) Dominadas: 10Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 30 Segundos.

2) Dominadas Cerradas: 10Reps/4Sets 
Descanso: 30 Segundos.

3) Dominadas Abiertas: 8Reps/4Sets 
Descanso: 30 Segundos.

4) Remos: 6Reps/4Sets 
Descanso: 30 Segundos.

5) Muscle-up: 4Reps/4Sets

6) Dominadas Australianas: 12reps/4Sets
Descanso: 30 Segundos.
