First chocolate cupcake done at ACLC kitchen when we visited their campus .

My chocolate cupcake

Ingredients :

1. I teaspoon vanilla extract
2. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3. 4 medium eggs
4. a cup of granulated sugar
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
6. 3/4 cup all purpose flour
7. 3/4 cup oil or butter
8. 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Procedure :

1. preheat the oven
2. Into a medium bowl, sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each, then beat in vanilla and add the chocolate syrup. With mixer on low speed, add flour mixture in two batches, alternating with sour cream and beginning and ending with flour.
3. Pour batter into cups, filling each 1/2 . Bake for 20 minutes and insert toothpick , if the toothpick comes out clean then it's done.
4. cool in pan for a couple of minutes . you can put icing or sprinkles if you want to.
5. serve and have fun !
