Do try this out, you will surely love it http://www.evergreenrecipes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/P1010085-2.jpg Ingredients: Rice - 2 cup Onion - 1 Carrot - 1/2 cup Green Peas - 1/2 cup Capsicum - 1/2 cup Potato - 1/2 cup Almonds - 8-10 Cashew nut - 8-10 Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon Green chili - 4-5 Tomato - 2 Salt to taste Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon Cardamom green - 1 Cardamom brown - 1 Cloves - 2 Black pepper - 8-10 Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch piece Bay leaf - 2 Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Lemon juice - 1 whole lemon Method for How to make: 1. Clean, wash and soak rice for half an hour before cooking it. Chop the vegetables. Heat the wok with 3 tbsp oil and temper with cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, cardamom green & brown, cloves and black pepper.
