1. To evaluate the researcher in choosing the right method.
2. Researchers will teach better in later learning. 3. Researchers can overcome their shortcomings in carrying out the teaching and learning process.

b. Benefits for teachers: 1. Failure in learning can be detected as early as possible 2. Teachers who carry out CAR are more successful in the teaching and learning process 3. Adding knowledge, skills and creativity of teachers in determining the right learning model in accordance with the material and learning objectives 4. Changing patterns thought the teacher to always be open to new things and make a one-way learning system to be multi-direction, namely from students to teachers and from students to students

c. Benefits for schools:
1. Completeness of student learning outcomes is better
2. PTK can be discussed at KKG meetings to improve the quality of education in their respective clusters
3. Provide input in effective coaching and management of the teaching and learning process in the implementation of education
