Taking aside the theory that cryptocurrencies have entered a super cycle and looking at the markets based on the four year cycle that so far Bitcoin has respected, we're on the cusp of a massive bull run.

If history is to repeat itself then we're probably gonna have a top of the market by the end of the year and the next few months will be epic. 

There have been quite a few predictions running around in the crypto community regarding what the peak for Bitcoin will look like and so far most of those ones are placing Bitcoin at over $100,000 in valuation.

My personal take is that it will be somewhere between $200,000 and $300,000, but I don't particularly have any logic backing that statement, just pure intuition...

Now, if you were a fresh new investor in crypto, what would you pick for maximum returns on investment, Bitcoin or alts? 

Personally I would choose alts. I am all in alts and still consider that alts can party harder than Bitcoin during bull markets, but they can also correct harder during bear markets as well. 

If Bitcoin tops out at $300,000 that's 6x from the current level, but if HIVE will reach $10 then we're talking of a minimum 10x from current level. Same as the case with HIVE, I believe there are plenty others that will 10x from here.

Not all of them of course, I hardly see LTC doing something like that this bull cycle, although it has moved a bit lately. I kind of feel a bit guilty for recommending it to my father. However, I believe that in terms of ROI the best choice at this point is alts.

It matters a lot on what do you put your hands on... What about you, what would you choose right now if being a fresh new investor in crypto, or lets say if you would increase your existing portfolio, Bitcoin or alts?
