We all start pretty much equal in here, at least from the reputation score perspective. Once you're all set with your Hive account, you'll see that slightly right to your account's name you have a reputation score and that is 25 no matter who you are in this world. It can change literally seconds after you have your first post and there's curation poured on that post. It can go up or down depending on your curators but most of the times it is up cuz curators are good guys ;). Everyone in here wants to grow his account, thus working on getting the highest upvotes possible on every post. I came on Hive out of nowhere, didn't have anyone that I knew on the platform, found about it from a friend of mine who "forgot to join" and made from this experience literally a living. Believe it or not, but when I first open my eyes in the morning I instantly turn the airplane mode off on my phone and check on my Hive account. Yesterday I noticed that my reputation score changed. It's done that on the Leofinance interface for weeks, if not months, but you "don't fool Peakd" in this regard, this one is "dead sharp" with numbers. I then checked hiveblocks to see if it is real and yes, it was indeed real. Yours truly is now a reputation score 77 Hive user. I honestly couldn't even imagine such a number four and half years ago. The only account in my following list that was at that moment rocking an over 70 reputation score was @dragosroua. There have been quite a few individuals who have boosted their accounts to unimaginable levels in quite insane short periods of time, but that's all artificial growth. Years ago anyone could pay bid bots for upvotes, thus some have artificially grown their accounts, boosted their reputation score, and gained exposure quite fast and unsustainable imo. I am quite stubborn and addicted to making everything organic, not a fan of automation, and definitely do not love artificial growth. 99.999% of my reputation is earned through dedication, commitment, and hard work salted with thousands of hours invested in #hiving. I have used bid bots for a couple of times when in my early stages of growth, but nothing significant, I was bidding for upvotes in the value range of $10 - $15, and as mentioned it was just for a couple of times. I have to confess it though. I was a bit frustrated seeing most of my posts earning less than a dollar and that's what made me do that. I still remember, however, that in an exchange of comments on a post of @tarazkp he was basically telling to me that the growth of one's account through the use of bid bots is not a sustainable one... and he was right. That's when I said NO to bots and pushed forward on my own. I owe this reputation score to everyone who's curating my content for the past four and half years. Like literally everyone. This account means the world to me and I'm really proud of getting here. Hive is a neverending path, thus my hustle doesn't stop here. So, I just wanted to take a moment and celebrate because I deserve it :). Thank you everyone for pushing me to achieve a reputation score of 77 and have a great day. And, as usual... *Thanks for your attention,* *Adrian* Posted Using [LeoFinance Beta](https://leofinance.io/@acesontop/reputation-score-77-achieved-beyond-expectations-but-proud-of-myself-and-grateful-to-you-all-of-you) Posted Using [LeoFinance Beta](https://leofinance.io/@acesontop/reputation-score-77-achieved-beyond-expectations-but-proud-of-myself-and-grateful-to-you-all-of-you)
