 I woke up to a shitload of rain pouring down my window this morning, and the damn rain didn’t let up until about 3 PM or so. We can’t even pretend it’s summer weather anymore. Not that I’m complaining, though, ‘cause I honestly wasn’t a fan of the 40+ degrees Celsius we had last week. You see, us humans are tough to please. It’s getting harder and harder to find any kind of consensus in this world, no matter what we’re talking about. Somehow, technology’s made us all so damn different.I’d blame technology for the complicated lives we’re living. It’s the reason we have everything we do today—both the good and the bad. These days, we’re all about chasing pleasure and dodging pain. It’s like nobody wants to put in the hard work anymore. I read somewhere yesterday that a high percentage of teens in the US feel like working just ain’t worth it anymore.We’ve gotten so lazy, and yeah, I’m pointing the finger at technology for that too.  I’ve gotten lazy as hell myself, and I’ve got about a month left to lounge around before I gotta move out of the country and actually do something.First off, I’ll need to use my brain and learn the damn German language properly. Then, well… I’ll have to find some kind of work, ‘cause I’ve spent, like, eight years doing jack shit.That’s enough. I know I won’t find a job I’m head over heels for, but having something to focus on, to get disciplined about, gives you a bit more energy and purpose. Right now, I feel drained and like I’m just drifting.Being a crypto bro was fun for a few good years, but all good things come to an end, and this one’s no exception. Who knows, maybe dragging my ass out of bed at 6 AM and doing something productive will actually do me some good.Here’s hoping.
