#### Expected behavior
I expected the update button to be enabled after uploading my profile picture and cover image. 

#### Actual behavior
The update button was disabled and I couldn't update my profile picture and cover image. 

#### How to reproduce
* On the steemit site, go to settings.
* Click on upload an image
* Try updating the settings 
    Update button disabled !

*  Chrome version 66.0.3359.158
* Android 6.0
