After a recent post by @meno and my comment there it made me wanna do something for people who are spending time and effort manually curating and engaging with authors. Rather than myself going out and looking for viable accounts I thought I'd ask my readers for their input and turn it into a form of contest. 

#### What am I looking for

It needs to be accounts that have shown for a longer period of time (more than a month at least) that they are voting manually and leaving meaningful comments to posts from authors of any and all sizes. The genre of posts does not matter much but I'd reserve the right to not accept some entries who may only engage in content I myself don't find valuable for the ecosystem. 

The recommended participants should not be too big in account size, for instance not above 30k HP themselves, so the delegation prizes have a larger effect on their curation and growth. 

For starters, I'm offering 5000 HP delegation to 5 unique accounts, 1000 HP each.

The delegations will remain active as long as the account does not go inactive itself.

#### What you can do as a reader:

- Look for such accounts that fill the requirements
- Nominate them in a comment by tagging them
- If you see someone you would've nominated yourself, add a reply vouching for the user under the already existing nominating comment
- Share this post so more people get a chance to participate so we can find the right users to reward 

- If nominated, going around asking others to vouch for you on chain will mean you will get disqualified. You may only bring the contest to the attention of others and not ask/hint/bribe others to vouch for you.

- You can't nominate yourself and you can't ask others on chain to nominate you.

- You should not already be a curator in a big curation project (such as @ocd)

- curating mainly non-english posts is allowed

#### for winners 

- It's important you continue to curate manually. You may selfvote up to once per day or vote for posts/comments such as poshtoken/redditposh/hbd.funder once in a while if you don't have the time to curate and engage certain days. You may not auto vote or trail others during this time.

- The delegation has no ending timer, as long as you use it well you may keep it for a long time (1-10 years), at current curation APR of 8.5% this may mean an additional 85-100 HP per year in curation rewards and variable on Hive prices how much that means in $ amounts

- If you choose to powerdown your earnings/own stake it has no effects on the contest


- if you curate posts too often that end up being plagiarised/abuse it may disqualify you from the prize 

- You can win multiple 1000 HP delegations in future contests if others vouch for you again and you continue to do a good job manually curating and engaging with others

- The accounts will also be followed by me, which means an additional chance for your reblogs of good and underrewarded posts to be additionally curated by me and/or @ocd/@ocd-witness/@ocdb and curation trails

Lastly, the prizes come from my own stake so I continue to reserve the right to undelegate certain participants for reasons I deem not to bring much value to curation/engagement and the idea behind this contest over time or if I suspect suspicious activity from the curator or how the curator may have been picked.

I'll forfeit part of the rewards of this post towards @commentrewarder for additional incentives to participate in recommending accounts for the prizes. 

The contest will be concluded at the payout of this post (7 days from now), and winners will receive their delegations then as well. Based on input and participation, we may continue the contest on a weekly basis. Prizes may not be 5k HP/5 accounts every week but depending on demand/amount of valid contestants from previous week. The contest may be split up for new curators and previous winners to win additional delegations.
