I am going to start paying people some TASK tokens for every post they make on https://SteemSanDiego.com along with some bonus SAND token upvotes from @sandiegocoin and much more! I can even give @peos @challengedac and @cryptopeso all now on steem-engine.com !

I have so many people in San Diego that i am not worried about the long term users, but I just want to get SOME organic usage for my city based token.  Perhaps many people dont want to be known or tagged as living in San Diego as many want to remain anonymous however for those of us that don't care i believe over time SAND will grow with paid ads.. also onboarding of steem itself must be solved and then https://steemsandiego.com will also have its problems solved...

Once I have a community manager to run the discord https://chat.steemsandiego.com  like Neoxian.city and his discord, then San Diego users can have a reason to return, but I will also need to pay users to come in by placing ads in local san diego facebook groups and youtube videos offering people maybe their first small amount of Bitcoin in BTCP for joining.
