SAND has a 3% a year inflation and will be a local currency for all San Diego Locals and a Point of Sales App is already available through the Wallets ike Lynx, TokenPocket etc, with Cash register abilities being a possibility with all transactions taking a small cut to pay the city a tax. This is how an anonymous kyc free cryptocurrency blockchain social media can allow people to get paid, with curation or beneficial rewards going to a local government, and also reserved for paying the IRS.
