Many times in our workplaces labor differences arise that speaking of criteria many times are resolved in a professional manner, investigating if what your co-worker, subordinate or whoever raised you, is correct, that if you are someone mature and professional, but otherwise there will be possible differences that can grate and get to the personal.

Now, what I expressed in my first lines is that sadly my superior does not know much of the work to be done in our work environment, that is not wrong, because we all ignore some topic, but what is wrong is that he does not seek support from those around him as long as they are the right people and somehow the person who wants advice and / or knowledge seek several opinions in order to be certain of the actions to take or not.

One of the points is that I have been assigned a task of which I cannot give many details because it is of a reserved nature, but I can say that last week I was assigned a task inherent to my position and profession, but there were some mishaps.

The first problem was that they wanted me to be notified without having received everything necessary to carry out the assignment, so as you can imagine, I was not notified because I had no way to fully comply with the task.

Now, with the purpose of soaking myself, I read the information I had at hand and I noticed some errors regarding the legal basis, since those who drafted it did not have the competence to quote such articles and even less in the way they did it.

Although I was certain that this was wrong, to be more sure I consulted some other professionals who agreed with what I already knew, I must confess that at first I thought about not saying anything to my supervisor, but then following my conscience and the advice of a friend and co-worker, I talked to her.

Then came the good part, because my supervisor got upset in a very strong way and doubted what I was telling her, in fact she even took it as gossip, but I was more surprised by my reaction, because I kept calm and spoke in the most accurate way possible and encouraged her to investigate and consult with someone else.

So the day continued, I was and remain determined to maintain my position, because I know I am right and I will expose in my results the mistakes that led me to talk to my superior so that they are not repeated, not repeated.

But to my great surprise and satisfaction in the afternoon my supervisor called me to her office to inform me that I was right, so I encouraged her to urge all staff not to make that mistake again, I felt so satisfied, not for being right, but to show that my argument had the basis and that my true intention is that things are done the right way.
In short, if you know what you are doing and you have the elements and arguments to prove it, you should do it to demonstrate, first that you are a professional and second that your intention is that in your workplace, things are done in the right way.

Muchas veces en nuestros lugares de trabajo surgen diferencias laborales eso hablando de criterios muchas veces se resuelven de manera profesional, investigando si lo que tu compañero de trabajo, subordinado o quien sea te planteó, es correcto, eso si eres alguien maduro y profesional, pero de lo contrario se presentarán posibles diferencias que pueden rallar y llegar a lo personal.

 

Ahora bien, lo expresado en mis primeras líneas se debe a que tristemente mi superior desconoce mucho del trabajo a realizar en nuestro ámbito laboral, eso no está mal, pues todos ignoramos respecto a algún tema, pero lo que si está mal es que no busque el apoyo en quienes le rodean siempre y cuando sean las personas correctas y de alguna manera la persona que desea la asesoría y/o conocimiento busque varias opiniones para así tener certeza de las acciones a tomar o no.

 

Uno de los puntos es que me han asignado una labor de la cual no puedo dar muchos detalles por ser de carácter reservado, pero sí puedo decir que la semana pasada me asignaron una tarea inherente a mi cargo y profesión, pero se presentaron algunos percances.

 

El primer problema fue que pretendían que me diera por notificada sin haber recibido todo lo necesario para realizar la asignación, así que como se imaginaran, no me di por notificada porque no tenía cómo cumplir a cabalidad con la tarea.

 

Ahora bien, con el propósito de ir empapándome, leí la información que tenía a la mano y me percaté de unos errores en cuanto al basamento jurídico, pues quienes redactaron no tenían la competencia para citar dichos artículos y menos de la manera como lo hicieron.

 

Aunque yo tenía la certeza de que eso estaba mal, para tener más seguridad consulte a algunos otros profesionales quienes coincidieron con lo que yo ya sabía, debo confesar que en un principio pensé en no decirle nada a mi supervisora, pero después siguiendo a mi conciencia y el consejo de una amiga y compañera de trabajo, hable con ella.

 

Allí vino lo bueno, pues mi supervisora se molestó de una manera bastante fuerte y dudo de lo que le decía, de hecho lo tomo hasta como un chisme, pero más me sorprendió mi reacción, pues me mantuve calmada y hable de la manera más acertada posible y la anime a investigar y consultar con alguien más.



Así continuó el día, yo estaba y continúo decidida a mantener mi postura, pues sé que tengo la razón y expondré en mis resultados los errores que me llevaron a conversar con mi superior para que no se repitan, no se repitan.

 

Pero para mi gran sorpresa y satisfacción en horas de la tarde mi supervisora me llamo a su oficina para informarme que tenía razón, por lo que le animé a instar a todo el personal para no volver a incurrir en ese error, me sentí tan satisfecha, no por tener la razón, sino por demostrar que mi argumento tenía las bases y que mi verdadera intención es que las cosas se hagan de la manera correcta.

 

En resumen, si uno sabe lo que hace y tiene los elementos y argumentos para demostrarlo, debe hacerlo para demostrar, primero que eres un profesional y segundo que tu intensión es que en tu lugar de trabajo, las cosas se hagan de la manera correcta.
