After few years with some successful achievements, the company has decided to be powered by blockchain, to increase the business’s scalability as well as security, especially to expose to new opportunities.

## A life-vest for the fragmented system?
Blockchain doesn’t only give [Qiibee](https://qiibee.com/)  a decent opportunity to join the trend of decentralization and expand their business. But too, they offer  critical solutions for current issue within the loyalty market.

Because the fact is, thousands of retailers want to give their customers happy shopping experience by providing them loyalty programs. We can easily see wide range of restaurants, coffee shops, electronic, fashion…they all have some kind of similar programs to reward the customers. We certaintly know how it feels to manage and follow up with different offers going on, it is really time consuming. And especially, sometimes we spend a lot of time shopping without redeeming loyalty points, because we just simply don’t know where we keep membership card or even mobile apps.

So it’s understandable why all feel lazy to spend all that points even we keep coming back to our favourite shops over again and again, ask your wife. But the rest seems to be wasting their system to provide and take care of their programs, the only thing they have been contributing to customers is those annoying promotional messages. Adding to that, does anyone realize that there are many different kind of loyalty programs with different names, values and rules to follow that make the loyalty market fragmented? We really need to unite all of those to a “one-stop-shop” solution.
