I've only ever produced trance (in 2001-2002) and house (2010-2016), no breaks.  Unfortunately lifestyle choices means i don't have time to produce anymore as I'm working full time, studying part time, DJing, photography, and have a family to spend time with.  When i do get to play funky breaks and ghetto funk, its along the lines of artists like Father Funk, Jroc, Badboe, Wbbl, Basement Freaks, Tom Drummond, etc)..  I actually do a radio show once a month on Soulfinity Radio which is normally house, but last month i did a show with a bunch of these artists.
