DON'T WAIT UNTIL LATER TO BE HAPPY - Some healthy TIPS
All my life I've been surrounded by those who constantly say that they just can't wait to be happy one day, like it's just going to come to them. I was one of those people. Happiness doesn't just happen, it is a conscious effort. It's such a shitty mindset to get into, trust me, and I'm sure you understand exactly where I'm coming from, because we've all been there. We think that one day when we have the right house, the right car and the perfect family that you'll just be, happy, all of the sudden. You won't be. I think we all know that even when we have something we love, that doesn't mean that we're always happy.

In order to break this habit, we must consistently search for opportunity to flip those negative thoughts and turn them into a "glass half full" mindset. We have to stop searching for happiness and realize that it's not something that needs to be found, but rather, something that can be controlled.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO LEADING A HAPPY LIFE

1. WRITE DOWN POSITIVES - Create a list that grows daily about 3 positive things that are in your life.

2. BUMP UP THE JAMS - You know that song that always gets you going? Play it.

3. WORK IT & TWERK IT - Exercise! DUH, that shit releases the best chemicals and your confidence level will sky rocket!

4. STAY CLEAN - I know this is a silly one but SHOWER. It truly gets your day going correctly and makes you feel GOOD.

5. STAY BUSY - Don't run yourself into the ground, but do something productive, this keeps your eSTEEM up. ;)

6. COMPARISONS - Stop doing them, it makes you feel less important than the people you're focusing on, but you're not!

7. FLIP IT & REVERSE IT - Try finding one positive for every negative thought you have. It trains you for happy thoughts.

8. REWARD YOURSELF - No one is perfect, so at the end of the day, pat yourself on the back, drink a beer and laugh a bit.
