Do you continually feel drained and slow?There are always days when you feel tired and listless. Fatigue is a useful cautious arrangement of the body that signals that we should rest. However, if you always feel tired even after recovery phases, you should get to the bottom of the causes. If the tiredness lasts longer than six months, it is called chronic tiredness, which could also be due to a disease.

The following signs can indicate chronic fatigue:
red eyes
Getting tiredness every hour.
General listlessness
The ability to concentrate decreases
decrease in performance
Powerless limbs
Possible causes of chronic fatigue
Lack of diet, bad sleep and stress, but also illnesses can be possible reasons.

Lack of sleep
A restful sleep is necessary so that we have enough energy for the day.
Wrong nutrition
If our body lacks important vitamins and nutrients, we are listless and less efficient.A proper and balanced diet can combat fatigue caused by nutrient deficiencies.

heart failure
