Yes, this is my first post here, and though I've been around for a while I'll first quickly introduce myself:

My name is Adrian, I live in Berlin, I have a background in Computer Science and Mathematics and used to work with Deutsche Börse for more than 7 years before diving into creating and running my own companies. 

I'm the (Co-)founder of a few companies, most notable probably is CHAINWISE Group (feel free to follow @chainwise to get our content). CHAINWISE aims at building an ecosystem for blockchain adoption by offering products and services that are viable and deliver value at the time we start actually offering them. As an example, right now it doesn't make much sense to offer a product to orchestrate self-driving cars through blockchain as self-driving cars are still a while ahead. Instead, in the beginning we've been focusing on helping companies launch their token sales in the most professional and serious manner possible. We're based in Berlin and active members of the community. 

I myself have been in the space for quite a while, though not professionally for a long time. My first encounter of Bitcoin was around 2010 through being active in the online poker community, but it took until early 2013 until I finally invested the money I got back after PokerStars acquired FullTilt after Black Friday. After selling most of my Bitcoin later 2013 and experiencing Mt. Gox going down, I subsequently watched the markets from the sideline, mostly discussing potential of blockchain in various fields, but not actively dealing with it. In 2016, I started investing and trading again, and also dove into designing and building actual token systems and solutions, before getting pulled into ICO services in 2017.


# What I'll be writing about
As I'm pretty much all-in on blockchain and crypto, there will be mostly posts about insights and thoughts about the space, with the occasional private life story, probably about food, drinks or travelling.

I'm aware it's a weird time to start blogging on Steem with the STEEM prices being slaughtered day by day, but it isn't really about the rewards. I'll be powering up and using my SP to support people and projects that foster adoption of Steem and blockchain in general.

I'll mostly be using @steempeak and probably @partiko, but I'm happy to try other clients, as well.
