Hey Steemit and Dtube.
This question came from the floor today as I helped coach business owners up to 2 Million Turnover.

As I wrapped up, I was asked the question that I thought I'd share here, it was one of those questions that I didn't expect.

"With your success, do you think it was due to your hard work or luck?"

In this video I share with you my answer, which includes my death, first massive failure and basic thoughts on why I don't believe luck even exists.

I am extremely privileged to have a business that is successful. With that privilege comes the responsibility to pass on that lesson, pass on what I have learnt so more people can have that same privilege.

Success isn't an outcome, its a responsibility that I take seriously.
