At the base of all this transformation process, training can play a fundamental role as it has a strategic function which is to help respond to the demand for high levels of skills sought by the smart industry.

The goal must be to make the level of "digital culture" homogeneous and to achieve equal access to technologies in the various educational and geographical contexts. I realize that the path is far from simple.
