Optimism is a Feeling, Action and Belief
I would like to participate in this wonderful community "Catarsis" that I found and I liked its idea a lot, as I found a lot of motivation and I want to share with you more psychological stimulation because some simple words can change the whole life of a person after he was living in loss.

In the beginning, or to talk about positivity and optimism, because these qualities almost no longer exist in this world, and you rarely find anyone calling for optimism unless he is a human development coach and gets paid to say these words.

Optimism is not words that we repeat, but rather a reality that must be within our souls so that we can move forward with satisfied hearts and so that we can clear our minds of all the impurities that fill it at the present time, and those impurities are hatred, fear and anxiety.

Therefore, you should look at the light, nothing but darkness, and I do not want to repeat the words of the human development speakers to you, but I want to tell you that there are things in your hand and Isha you cannot do anything about, so you must look to the future and you will find that you have nothing towards it.

So look at the present, which is what you should focus on because it can change the future that you fear. All you have to do is seek love, hope and optimism, not to hatred and fear, and to know that the present is in your hands and that the second that goes will not return.

#### Look around, don't look around

Perhaps you should do something from two directions. The first is to look around you at optimism, hope and motivators, from successful people and from vivid examples that have been able to overcome difficulties and move towards their goals with love, hope and optimism.

And do not look at those people around you who have stopped and despaired. Because you may not think of anything, but it entered your subconscious mind and settled there and you don't know, and it may come out to you at the time of your weakness to control you.

So smile and go on your way and do your work to the fullest and at the end of the day while you are lying in bed before bed you will remember what you did throughout your day and you will be proud of yourself and your hard work and it will motivate you to move on to a new day.
