At the outset, I would like to say that the habits that a person develops that may become addictive at times may be good and not necessarily bad habits because when he hears a challenge that there is a habit, he associates in his mind that it is unhealthy food or smoking or something else, but In fact, there are positive habits that a person needs, but there must be some balance in the positive habits.

As for me, I have some habits that I have developed recently, namely research and analysis. Some may be surprised by this habit, but I would like to know the roots of things and how they got to what they are. For example, when I find a person always nervous or angry, I would like to know what made him reach this state.

In order to avoid such situations, I must know the reasons. I am convinced that anything does not come by chance, but rather you need planning to reach something you want, and also you need planning for you to avoid something you do not want. The same applies to profit or to avoiding loss. Research and analysis Here are very important and I have also started to develop my habit in this area.

Among the other good habits that I have is listening. I like to listen for anything because I read an old proverb that says that the listener gets more information than the speaker. Because the speaker does not add anything new to himself. On the contrary, he is the source of information for others. Therefore, patience and listening are among the most important things that a person should strive for and work on developing for him.

As for the bad habits, they are specific to sleep for me, because I find it very difficult to wake up, so he used to sleep until late hours or leave some tasks due to the inability to wake up, although I tried to set more than one alarm, but I find it very difficult, but I am not upset because I know I have bad habits and I should try to get rid of them.

Knowing your bad or good habits is important, so this week's question is very good, because if you know your good habits, you will work to maintain and develop them, and if you learn bad habits, you will work to get rid of them, and this is what is required.
