Simply detest when women play a victim card in a Corporate World. I mean why do one has to act as an "abla nari" & give an excuse that each girl has to get married & if companies do not give them leaves, they would simply resign & look for an alternate assignment, without even getting married to start with.
Have met & spoken to couple of such gals for a HR profile in the past few days.

1st you build your world around marriage, 2nd you play a victim card & 3rd you expect a company to empathize with you. As a professional, what is it you've given to company that you expect so much in return?
C'mon ladies! Stop being a victim & take control of your life & surroundings & circumstances.
