 Heyho guys, #generativeart fans, #art lovers, #artists, #travelers, nature lovers, all who stopped by. Thanks for visiting my post today. Today I am allowed to present you my newest #generativeai creations of a new variation of Lord #Hanuman but also Lord #Rama and his wife #Sita. All #images are after edited by myself via photoshop. Yesterday I have shown up with an Hanuman #AI Image, so today, but today I will concentrate on another #legend of God Hanuman and tell the next #story about him which again a friend of mine told me loooooong time ago. #### Hanuman in the Ramayana Hanuman, the #monkey god who is also called #Anjaneya, is a Hindu god (but this deity exists in other #cultures similarly described) and a divine Vanara companion of the god aka King Rama. Hanuman is even one of the main characters of the #Hindu #epic #Ramayana. He is the best friend, general and comrade of Rama and one of the so-called Chiranjivis. Hanuman is also considered the son of the wind god #Vayu, who played a direct role in Hanuman's birth in several #stories, and is also considered in #Shaivism as the #incarnation or son of #Shiva. As you can imagine that there are countless stories about the monkey god. Hanuman is also mentioned in several other texts, such as the epic #Mahabharata and the various #Puranas. ### what does Hanuman represents Hanuman, the great monkey Lord of the Ramayana can be seen as a #symbol of the #mind that has become disciplined and filled with #devotion. In a kind of #psychological or #spiritual meaning, Hanuman is the evolved state of our unruly monkey mind that constantly jumps from #thought to thought. This mind is fully focused on the presence of the Divine Self, the Lord of Life within the #heart. Therefore Hanuman represents #love, devotion, #loyalty, but is also a #warrior and #fighter. A #peaceful warrior king you can say.  #### How did Rama and Hanuman actually meet? Oh, this is another adventurous story of the monkey god. I try to keep it as simple as possible. One day Hanuman met the god Rama and his brother Lakshman, just like that in the forest. This was because King Rama was searching for his beautiful wife Sita, who had been kidnapped by the #demon Rawana. Hanuman realized for himself that fate was leading him to Rama and he was chosen to serve Rama at his side as a general, so he gathered an army to find and free Rama's wife Sita. Jup, their first meeting started like that. Not just a simple "hello there", full action mode on.  Hanuman and his army found the hideout in Sri Lanka (aka Cylon). But the island was far away and unreachable for an ordinary monkey and his army. Only Hanuman, the monkey god, managed the leap from the mainland across the ocean to the island of Lanka. The divine powers of his father - the mighty god of winds - enabled him to perform such a miraculous feat. Some #legends say, Hanuman was kneeling with one leg down and praying to get the divine strength to jump over, because of his pure and brave heart he got this power. Hanuman managed to cross the sea and enter Cylon aka Sri Lanka through his courage, faith and strength. The monkey god took the form of a normal monkey and crept quietly and secretly into Rawana's palace, where he then found Sita, who was guarded by demons. Sita was frightened at the sight of the talking monkey, but Hanuman showed her the ring of Lord Rama to prove his intention. Sita didn't want to be saved by Hanuman, because the honor of Rama would be hurt, if Rama would not save his wife himself. Thereupon Hanuman destroyed the city walls, buildings and the palace of the demon with his army and killed a multitude of his guards. As part of the counterattack, the demon king Rawana set fire to the tail of the monkey god, who then assumed a giant-like form and set the entire city on fire with his tail. (This part of the legend always reminds me of #Dragonball...when #SonGoku transformed into the big wild Monkey) Then Hanuman fetched Rama, who in turn freed his wife from Sri Lanka.  Back in Rama's homeland, the monkey army wanted to start their #journey home, only Hanuman decided to stay with Rama as a sign of loyalty. The monkey king Sugriwa then demanded a sign for this loyalty, whereupon Hanuman tore open his chest-his heart was visible and inside he carried an image of Rama and Sita.  Since Rama did not know how to thank Hanuman in any other way, for all what Hanuman has done for Rama, Rama gave Hanuman a biiiiiig hug full of #friendship love and sealed the covenant. Thats why you may have seen already this old images when Rama hugs Hanuman.
