In the autumn and winter, I have less to do for gardening, so I wanted to improve my photography skills. I ordered a book on photography techniques and a tripod.

The book arrived yesterday, and the tripod came today; I'm all set. I started reading the book in my spare time since last night and tried attaching my camera to the tripod, verifying that I can capture close-up shots around my hands. I would like to make some cooking viedos.

While I primarily want to photograph my work related food and plants, I intend to follow the initial advice from the book, which is "take lots of photos." I try to be open about my subjects; I aim to take many photos every day to hone my skills.

秋冬はガーデニングに費やす時間が減るので、写真の腕を磨きたいと思い、写真の撮り方の本と三脚を注文しました。

本が昨日、三脚が今日届いて準備万端です。本は昨晩から隙間時間に読みつつ、三脚にはカメラをつけてみて、料理の手元を撮れることを確認しました。

仕事の料理やガーデニングの写真をメインにしつつ、本の最初の方のアドバイス「たくさん撮ること」に従って、撮影対象にこだわりすぎず、日々たくさん撮って撮って撮りまくって腕を上げたいです。
