Ok so here’s how it’s been laid out to me: Once the US Secretary of State receives the registered mail containing the notarized affidavit, they have 21 days to reply with a rebuttal.  This means that 22 days after receipt, I am able to take my notarized copy, along with the returned registered mail slip, down to the courthouse.  Here I am supposedly able to have it filed as a Certified Judgement of Acquiescence by Non-Rebuttal.

This is where things start to get a little scary, but don’t worry - I’ll take the risks so we can figure out if this is real or not, and will store my findings on the immutable public blockchain.
