#### Expected behavior
I tried chatting with my friend, but when I wanted to send voicemail but the feature did not run like out the words in pop up saying error, I want voicemail can be used, because there want to chat with voicemail with my friends

I tried chatting with my friend, but when I wanted to send voicemail but the feature did not run like the words in the pop up saying the error can not record voice message,

#### How to reproduce
 download and install Apps "PesanKita" for Apps version 1.3.2 from PlayStore, then run the app, when opened, you register first using the phone number, when you have signed in select a friend to chat with, then try sending a voice message on in a friend's chat room

* Browser: Pesan Kita Indonesia version 1.3.2

* Sistem operasi: ANDROID NOUGAT, VERSION 7.0
