##### Hello everybody :)

I share the result of another macro photography session, this time and in order to change the model and its constitution, i used one of the cacti that i have arranged inside the box, very small, still in an initial stage of evolution where it can be seen that the thorns are still very small and fragile, with the plant presenting varying shades between green, yellow and even reddish orange. While handling the plant, in an attempt to gain new perspectives, i ended up pricking myself and breaking some of the thorns :(
It's not the first time, as i had the opportunity to share in one of the previous sessions, and based on what i have ahead of me and taking into account the typology of these specimens, it certainly won't be the last time, as long as you continue to handle these small wonders that present a series of distinct characteristics that make them a marvel of flora, adapted to arid environments, in search of those unique records.
This cactus reveals a compact and graceful nature, with dimensions that suit its initial growth phase, designed to optimize efficiency in challenging conditions, with small spines that are now in a delicate and fragile condition, but which already point to a future robustness to protect itself against the adversities of its natural habitat.
Their rounded, succulent shapes bear witness to the innate ability of cacti to store water in quantities that ensure their survival in arid environments.
The color palette is perhaps what stands out the most, with green tones, predominantly associated with desert flora, mixing with shades of yellow and, in some areas, transmuting into reddish orange, creating a visually intriguing tapestry.

##### Let me present today’s model:

##### Before moving onto the result...

* My introductory thoughts about macro photography:

It's amazing how macros with their blurred background can result in such different images full of contrasts and textures especially with this kind of subjects.
In the world of photography, especially macro photography, there is a universe of things available to everyone, enabling totally different and original approaches.

Among the various possible techniques to shoot macros, this is perhaps the most affordable and effective technique for those who have a camera with removable lens.
We can simply remove the lens and reverse the direction, and by using an inverter ring it ends up being more comfortable and facilitates the process.

The journey through macro photography revealed a fascinating universe, where the small becomes big and the delicate takes center stage. By delving into the intimate details of a simple growing cactus, i witnessed the magic of a world that often goes unnoticed. Each click was a discovery, a frozen instant that illuminated the beauty hidden in the smallest details of nature. The essence of macro photography, for me, lies in the ability to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, offering an intimate and enchanting perspective. The delicacy of the thorns, the chromatic nuances and the promise contained in the buds created a vivid portrait of the resilience and beauty that permeates even the smallest elements of life. In each image, i found not just a visual record, but a tangible expression of the richness and complexity that inhabit our world, often going unnoticed.

The session is closed for today.
Hope you like it :)
