Hola, un cordial saludo a todos mis amigos de las comunidades de #liketu, #hive y un saludo muy especial para todos mis amigos y compa帽eros de la comunidad #swc! Es un honor poder dirigirme a ustedes en este momento. Mi nombre es Alejo (@alejo-sw), soy atleta de calistenia y hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes c贸mo fue mi d铆a, especialmente mi jornada de entrenamiento.

Hoy fue uno de esos d铆as de entrenamiento que te recuerdan por qu茅 amas el calistenia. Todo comenz贸 con un buen estiramiento y calentamiento, enfocado especialmente en hombros, mu帽ecas y core, ya que sab铆a que la rutina de hoy ser铆a exigente. Despu茅s de activar bien el cuerpo, practiqu茅 el pino para ganar confianza y control, sintiendo c贸mo la sangre flu铆a hacia mis hombros y brazos.  

Una vez listo, me adentr茅 en la rutina principal. Para empezar, decid铆 intentar algo nuevo, el press de half mariposa. Para mi sorpresa, pude hacerlo estricto y con la negativa controlada. Fue un momento incre铆ble, ya que es un movimiento que nunca hab铆a logrado antes y, de hecho, cuando lo intentaba en el pasado, ni siquiera me sal铆a. Sin dudarlo, lo incorpor茅 a la rutina como un ejercicio principal.  

Segu铆 con aguantes de tuck avanzado en maltese al fallo, sintiendo c贸mo mi core y hombros ard铆an. Despu茅s, hice flexiones de tuck en maltese con aguante final, buscando maximizar la tensi贸n en la posici贸n. Luego, pas茅 a los aguantes de lean Planche maltese con una inclinaci贸n bien exigente, donde cada segundo contaba.  

Para trabajar fuerza explosiva, inclu铆 flexiones de 90 grados a pino y flexiones de pino, notando c贸mo cada repetici贸n me exig铆a m谩s control. Finalmente, termin茅 con aguantes de lean Planche en supino, un ejercicio brutal para cerrar la sesi贸n.  

Lo m谩s sorprendente del d铆a fue, sin duda, lograr mis primeros press de half Planche estrictos. No esperaba ese avance hoy, y me dej贸 con una motivaci贸n enorme para seguir entrenando. A veces, el progreso llega cuando menos lo esperas.

It's an honor to be able to address you at this moment. My name is Alejo (@alejo-sw), I'm a calisthenics athlete, and today I want to share with you all about my day, especially my training.

Today was one of those training days that reminds you why you love calisthenics. It all started with a good stretch and warm-up, focusing especially on the shoulders, wrists, and core, as I knew today's routine would be challenging. After getting my body fully engaged, I practiced handstands to gain confidence and control, feeling the blood flow to my shoulders and arms.

Once ready, I delved into the main routine. To start, I decided to try something new: the half butterfly press. To my surprise, I was able to do it strictly and with a controlled negative. It was an incredible moment, as it's a movement I'd never managed before, and in fact, when I'd tried it in the past, I couldn't even pull it off. Without hesitation, I incorporated it into the routine as a main exercise.

I continued with advanced Maltese tuck holds to failure, feeling my core and shoulders burn. Afterward, I did Maltese tuck push-ups with a final hold, trying to maximize the tension in the position. Then, I moved on to lean Maltese planche holds with a very demanding incline, where every second counted.

To build explosive strength, I included 90-degree handstand push-ups and handstand push-ups, noticing how each repetition required more control. Finally, I finished with supine lean planche holds, a killer exercise to close out the session.

The most surprising thing about the day was, without a doubt, achieving my first strict half-planche presses. I didn't expect such progress today, and it left me incredibly motivated to keep training. Sometimes progress comes when you least expect it.
