<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">El ejercicio numero cuatro son las flexiones inclinadas, estas flexiones tenemos que realizarla en una altura específicamente para trabajar mas el pectoral, si la hacemos muy altas trabajamos los hombros, haremos 10 repeticiones.
