<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Es un verdadero placer estar nuevamente aquí con ustedes, mis queridos y apreciados lectores. Me llena de entusiasmo poder compartir una vez más un poco de mi proceso, mis avances y las sensaciones que me acompañan durante cada sesión de entrenamiento.

#

Hoy quiero relatarles una jornada particularmente especial que viví en el parque, enfocada en el entrenamiento de empuje, acompañada de una sesión fotográfica que captura tanto el esfuerzo como la pasión con la que realizo cada movimiento.

#

Antes de iniciar la rutina de ejercicios como tal, dediqué un buen rato a practicar dinámicos, una parte fundamental de mi entrenamiento. En esta ocasión estuve experimentando con una de mis habilidades favoritas: el 360.

#

Gracias a la constancia, puedo decir que ya me siento mucho más cómodo ejecutándolo. Esto me permitió aventurarme a probar diferentes tipos de agarres, nuevas combinaciones y lanzamientos consecutivos, lo cual es clave para pulir la técnica y lograr un control total del movimiento.

#

Fortalecer el 360 no es solamente un objetivo en sí mismo, sino una base sólida para construir una gran variedad de giros encadenados. Desde los más simples como el 540 o el dragón 360, hasta los más avanzados y exigentes como el 720 o incluso el 900.

#

Tener dominio sobre este dinámico facilita enormemente la progresión hacia movimientos más complejos, además de brindarme una enorme satisfacción personal cada vez que consigo una nueva combinación o ejecución limpia.

#

Luego de esa intensa y divertida fase de dinámicos, pasé a lo que fue la rutina principal del día, enfocada en ejercicios de empuje. Entre los movimientos destacados se encuentran los fondos, push-ups en tuck de plancha y push-ups en handstand.

#

Todos ellos orientados a fortalecer la parte superior del cuerpo y desarrollar mayor control corporal. Fue una sesión completa, donde además de trabajar fuerza, también pude aplicar lo aprendido en técnica y equilibrio.

#

Cabe destacar que no estoy contando los trucos que realicé antes del entrenamiento formal, ya que también forman parte del calentamiento y preparación del cuerpo.

#

Al finalizar, quedé con una sensación de satisfacción total. Siento que el trabajo fue efectivo y que cada día doy un paso más en mi evolución como atleta.

#

Aun así, sé que mañana será un nuevo reto, una nueva oportunidad para seguir creciendo, aprendiendo y compartiendo con ustedes esta pasión que me mueve.

Each post is a new opportunity to connect, to feel motivated, and to grow together—and today is no exception. This time, I’d like to share a photo session I captured during one of our regular Sunday jogging outings, a tradition that has become a meaningful part of our weekly routine.

#

I must admit these images had been forgotten on my device. Upon rediscovering them, I felt a mix of nostalgia, pride, and joy. Nostalgia for the moment lived, pride in how far we’ve come, and joy for being able to share these memories with you.

#

In our early outings, it was just the three of us: Manuel, Mauricio, and myself. Three friends determined to wake up early on Sundays, leaving behind the comfort of rest to invest in our health and well-being. Each run became a moment of personal growth and shared support.

#

But, as often happens with good things, our initiative began to inspire others. This time, more friends joined the experience. Seeing the group grow has added even more motivation and has made every step feel even more worthwhile.

#

That Sunday, we took on our longest route yet: from Alma Llanera Square to the lighthouse and back again. It was a challenging journey, but completing it while keeping a steady pace was deeply satisfying.

#

As we jogged, we realized how much we’ve improved—our endurance, our breathing, our rhythm… our discipline. Every step was a sign of the consistency we’ve maintained over the months. We’re no longer just jogging—we’re enjoying the process.

#

The photos I’m sharing today are more than simple snapshots; they are pieces of an ongoing story that we’re building together. Each image captures effort, smiles, and unity. They are proof that with willpower, any goal becomes It’s a true pleasure to be back with you again, my dear and appreciated readers. I’m excited to share once more a part of my journey, my progress, and the emotions that accompany me during each training session.

Today, I want to talk about a particularly special day I had at the park, focused on a push workout and accompanied by a photo session that captures the effort and passion behind each movement.

#

Before starting the actual workout, I spent a good amount of time practicing dynamics, a fundamental part of my routine. This time, I focused on one of my favorite skills: the 360.

#

Thanks to consistent training, I now feel much more comfortable performing it. This allowed me to experiment with different grips, combinations, and consecutive launches—key steps to refining technique and gaining full control of the movement.

#

Strengthening the 360 isn’t just a goal in itself; it also serves as a solid foundation for linking a wide range of spins. From simpler ones like the 540 or the dragon 360, to more advanced and demanding ones like the 720 or even the 900.

#

Mastering this dynamic makes it much easier to progress toward more complex tricks, and it also brings me tremendous satisfaction every time I land a clean new combo.

#

After that intense and fun dynamic session, I moved on to the main workout of the day, focused on push exercises. The key movements included dips, planche tuck push-ups, and handstand push-ups.

#

All of these are aimed at strengthening the upper body and improving body control. It was a complete session, where I worked not only on strength but also on technique and balance.

#

It’s worth noting that I’m not even counting the tricks I did before the formal workout began, which also serve as part of my warm-up and body preparation.

#

At the end of the session, I felt completely satisfied. I believe the work was effective and that I’m making progress every day as an athlete.

#

Still, I know that tomorrow brings a new challenge, another opportunity to keep growing, learning, and sharing with you this passion that drives me.
