Hello, <br><br>
on the SteemFest we had the option to could drive on Saturday to Auschwitz-Birkenau. So I had to make a choice between sightseeing Krakow or visit Auschwitz. <br><br>
I went to Auschwitz. I somehow knew what to expect there. We visited the Dachau concentration camp several times. Dachau I always find bad. At least when I get out of there I'm always turned upwards, even if it's 5 times when I'm there. The atmosphere is so damning.  <br><br>
It was different at Auschwitz. It was the sadness of seeing the perfection of the efficiency of senseless killing. Everything was built efficiently for extermination.  <br><br>
I will only publish this two pictures. @derangedvisions made some very good ones, not only of the composition but of the vision and the message. <br><br>
One picture should show hope and the other the sadness. I can not decide which of the two is what. In the latter one we see children running directly to death. Most did not know that. They were happy to be out of the train.  <br><br>
The cruel thing is that someone has taken the time to photograph these people on their last journey. The person holding the camera knew exactly what was happening. I find that inhuman and cruel ...

am SteemFest konnte man am Samstag als Option nach Auschwitz-Birkenau fahren. Ich musste also eine Wahl treffen zwischen Krakau und Auschwitz. <br><br>
Ich bin nach Auschwitz gefahren. Ich wusste irgendwie was ich dort zu erwarten hatte. Wir waren mehrmals beim KZ Dachau zu besuch. Dachau finde ich immer schlimm. Zumindest ich komme da total bewegt raus, auch wenn es das 5-mal ist wenn ich dort bin. Die Atmosphäre ist so belastend. <br><br>
Bei Auschwitz war es irgendwie anders. Es war die Traurigkeit nach dem man die Perfektion der Effizienz des Sinnlosen Töten gesehen hat. Alles war effizient gebaut. <br><br>
ich werde nur die zwei Bilder veröffentlichen. @derangedvisions hat ein paar sehr gute Bilder gemacht, nicht nur von der Komposition sondern von der Vision und der Botschaft.<br><br>
Ein Bild soll Hoffnung zeigen und das andere die Traurigkeit. Ich kann mich nicht entscheiden welches von den beiden was ist. In das letztere sieht man Kinder die direkt zum Tod laufen. Die meisten wussten das nicht. Sie waren froh aus dem Zug raus zu sein. <br><br>
Das Grausame ist, das jemand sich die Zeit genohmen hat diese Leute zu fotografieren auf ihrem letzten Weg. Die Person welche die Kamera hielt wusste ganz genau was da passierte. Das finde ich unmenschlich und grausam...
