Hello,

I'm on the road for the next 2 weeks. Will be traveling to different locations around Europe to different places for work and personal business.

Yesterday I was for work in Eastern part of Germany in one my favorite cities, Dresden. After a very long meeting that lasted 9 hours, I took one of the guys present there to Dresden city center and invited him for dinner.

We choose a place with a view as it was a beautiful autumn evening, with a warm sun coming down between the buildings. Not to warm, just perfect to stay only with a t-shirt on a terrace.

Before the dinner we went for a walk around the old city center which has it's Baroque charm. I love this attention to details as every little piece is unique and symbolizes something.

The whole area was reconstructed because it was bombed by the British forces without a sense. That was Churchill's mad idea to destroy the civil population and what was left of the city centers. World treasures wiped out forever. 

Luckily, here the old town was restored. It is still under construction but I see every time progress.

The customer I was with, was impressed by the view and the beauty of the city. We managed to close a lot of topics which sparked tension before in the meeting.

When I'm on business trips, I try to visit the surroundings and to have more of the life around me. Sometimes it is constructive to do so as the results are far better, like it was yesterday.
