I find today's topic for the challenge started by @dragosroua inspiring. The details of the challenge and the topics can be read here:

Today's topic is to name 3 things that must be done immediately to make Steemit.com a better experience. <br><br>
Here I could write at least 10, not 3. But I'll stick with the 3 that I'd improve first. <br><br>
1. Registration process. <br>
The whole thing is tedious and you wait days until you have your account. I see a lot of people waiting for the days if not weeks until their account is unlocked. But I see a lot of spammers who quickly get an account. That's one of the biggest hurdles to Steem growth. Not even 1% of the people who are on Facebook have also a Steem account. What happens if 10% of people who have a Facebook account choose to have also a Steem account? This process needs to be changed so that Steem can grow. <br><br>
2. Here I would introduce a better password recovery process and along with another wallet. <br> I think it's good that you can get your tokens out of the wallet only after 3 days. I would create a mobile wallet where you can have direct access which shall be separate from the main account. All this is tied to the security of the account. I have seen many accounts where people have lost / forgotten their passwords. It is very difficult or almost impossible to recover your password. At least for the accounts that registered normally something should be changed. <br><br>
3. Bandwith and Blockchain size. <br>
It's frustrating when you start and you do not have bandwith to post or vote. There have been a few problems in the last few weeks and the smaller accounts have been affected by it. With the blockchain size I mean that somehow the algorithm for the witnesses to load the blockchain. It is increasing massively and you need more and more resources as a witness. <br><br>
These are, in my opinion, the most important changes that should be done to improve the experience and to keep more users on the platform.

Das heutige Thema lautet: Nenne 3 Dinge die so schnell wie möglich passieren müssen damit Steemit.com eine bessere Erfahrung sein soll. <br><br> 
Hier könnte ich mindestens 10 schreiben, nicht 3. Aber ich bleibe jetzt bei den 3 die ich als erstes verbessern würde.<br><br> 
1. Anmeldung Prozess. <br> 
Das ganze ist mühsam und man wartet Tage bis man sein Konto hat. Ich sehe sehr viele Leute die Tage wenn nicht Wochen darauf warten bis ihr Konto freigeschaltet werden. Ich sehe aber sehr viele Spammer die schnell ein Konto bekommen. Das ist einer der größten Hürden fürs Steem Wachstum. Es sind nicht mal 1% der Leute die auf Facebook sind in hier. Was wird wenn sich 10% der Leute sich für ein Steem Konto entscheiden würden? Dieses Prozess muss man ändern damit Steem wachsen kann.<br><br> 
2. Hier würde ich ein besseres Passwort-Wiederherstellung Prozess einführen und zusammen mit einem anderen Wallet. <br> Ich finde gut das man nur nach 3 Tage seine Tokens aus dem Wallet rausholen kann. Ich würde da ein Handy Wallet erstellen wo man ein direktes Zugriff haben kann. Das alles ist mit der Sicherheit des Kontos gebunden. Ich habe viele Konten gesehen wo die Leute ihre Passwörter verloren/vergessen haben. Es ist sehr schwer oder fast unmöglich sein Passwort wieder herzustellen. Zumindest für die Konten die man normal eröffnet hat sollte man etwa ändern.<br><br> 
3. Breitband und Blockchain Größe. <br> 
Es ist frustrierend wenn man startet und man kein Breitband hat um etwas zu veröffentlichen oder zu voten. Es gab ein paar Probleme in den letzten Wochen und da waren die mit kleineren Konten betroffen. Mit der Blockchain Größe meine ich das es irgendwie das Algorithmus ändern muss wie die Witness die Blockchain laden. Es steigt massiv und man braucht als Witness immer mehr Ressourcen. <br><br> 
Diese sind meiner Meinung die wichtigsten Änderungen die man machen soll um die Erfahrung zu verbessern und um mehr Nutzer auf der Plattform zu halten.
