I took some time to write something about HF20. After the fiasco in the first week where nothing worked, or only  worked for somec, where new patches came in very fast just to see that one more thing is needed, I wanted to take my time until I wrote something because it would have been very critical.<br><br> 
I am also very critical today of how it went. It's too agile for my taste and it needs a system. Open communication is a must here, especially by Steem's Business Development Team. Most decisions made by Steem Inc are accepted directly. This has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that you are pursuing the goal Steem is set without anyone objecting, so decisions are made very quickly and you do not lose time. Disadvantages are that you have no ear for suggestions or criticism. This is very unhealthy for any project. <br><br> 
Back to the HF20. After the week break, things are going well again. Here we can see that steps have been taken where we want to show that SP is important. The more SP you have, the more you can do. <br><br> 
What's interesting is that the rewards have gone up. This is a positive factor that should motivate people to get on the platform for more interaction. At least the people who have some SP and can use that. <br><br> 
What I noticed is that it has got better with the curation. You get a lot more curation now if you vote after 15 minutes. Because the post has been brought to a cap of 75% and the rest goes to the voters, one has more motivation to vote. I think that's the best measure in this HF. <br><br> 
As a tip to everyone, try to stop your car after 15 minutes or 15 minutes. It stays that way for you most. <br><br>

ich habe mir etwas Zeit gelassen bis ich etwas über HF20 geschrieben habe. Nach dem Fiasko in der ersten Woche wo nichts ging, oder nur bedingt, wo neue Patches sehr schnell gekommen sind nur um zu sehen das noch eins benötigt wird, wollte ich mir Zeit lassen bis ich etwas schreibe, weil es währe sehr kritisch gewesen.<br><br> 
Ich bin auch heute sehr kritisch an der Tatsache wie es verlaufen ist. Es ist zu Agile für mein Geschmack und es braucht ein System. Die offene Kommunikation ist ein musst hier, insbesondere von dem Business Development Team von Steem. Die meisten Entscheidungen die Steem Inc trifft werden direkt angenommen. Das hat Vorteile und Nachteile. Das Vorteil ist das man verfolgt das Ziel das Steem gesetzt wird ohne das es jemand bestreit, Entscheidungen werden somit sehr schnell getroffen und man verliert keine Zeit. Nachteile sind das man kein Ohr für Vorschläge oder Kritik hat. Das ist sehr ungesund für jedes Projekt.<br><br> 
Zurück zum HF20. Nach der Woche Pause läuft es wieder gut. Hier sieht man das man ein Schritt gemacht hat wo man zeigen möchte das SP wichtig ist. Desto mehr SP hat man, desto mehr kann man machen. <br><br> 
Was interessant ist, ist das die Rewards gestiegen sind. Das ist ein positives Faktor das die Leute motivieren soll um auf der Plattform für mehr Interaktion. Zumindest die Leute die etwas SP haben und das nützen können.<br><br> 
Was ich bemerkt habe ist das es besser geworden ist mit der Curation. Man bekommt halt jetzt viel mehr Curation wenn man nach 15 Minuten votet. Weil der Post zu einem Cap von 75% gebracht worden ist und den Rest geht an die Voter, hat man mehr Motivation um zu voten. Das finde ich die beste Maßnahme in diesem HF. <br><br> 
Als Tipp für alle, versucht eure Autovoter nach 15 Minuten oder um die Minute 15 zu stellen. So bleibt es am meisten für euch.<br><br>
