It is time to start another project, besides the one of my [adventures and getting used to life in Germany]( https://steemit.com/challenge30days/@alexvan/a-romanian-in-germany-episode-1-day-3-of-30-day-writting-challenge). The project will be ***People of SteemIt***, where Steemians that do a lot of good for the Minnows will be presented. 

I will start with the project @welovesteemit

@welovesteemit was started by two awesome guys from Berlin, Germany, @charles-d and @lichtblick. They did a [welovesteemit facebook group](https://www.facebook.com/groups/welovesteemit/). From there they’ve seen that a lot of people joined and shared links that had also high value, mostly minnows. Minnows have low power at the beginning on the platform, and most of the valuable content is lost in the noise. Yes, there is a lot of noise on the platform. Half of 9gag moved here and posts gifs. This gif maybe funny and sometimes needed, but it waists the exposure time of a good post. On facebook I put some filters on people who posts the whole day only 9gag stuff, fake news link from paranoid sites. I can’t put these filters at the moment on steemit, as the platform evolves. 
So back to our topic, they decided to create the @welovesteemit account, where good content from the group will be up- and resteemed. Not a bad idea! On one side, their accounts can post their relevant topics and on the other they help a lot of people by doing this. But a new account is mostly powerless and we get again into the noise loop. They decided to delegate the power from their main accounts. Turning the baby minnow into a dolphin!

Also other people have joined to help, like @surfermarly donated 300 Steem. They made also a twitter account which can be found under [@welovesteemit]( https://twitter.com/welovesteemit) of course 
