**Moo Goo Gai Pan**

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced bamboo shoots
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add chicken, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and white pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water. Add to the wok and stir until sauce thickens.
6. Serve **Moo Goo Gai Pan** hot.
