End of Cheetah bot: he has been shut down and nobody fights plagiarism no more.

So much anticipated cheetah have been around just for a week or so and has been shut down?
As for the past few days i have looked for cheetah signs and could not find any, yet many of the post been plagiarised.

Whats worst is that i see old steemit posts being copied, and earning quite well compared.
Some of them earned much more then original content.

After all the funding anyx received and all the upgrades he made to the cheetah was it all for the money?

Don't want to judge anyone without knowing the details, maybe he ran into some difficulties.
Or maybe im just not lucky as cheetah might only be on when anyx is online. Possible, either way i would say he do so much job without even being funded, so money should not be a problem no more.
In his previous posts he said that cheetah is expensive to keep running and that the server hes using cant handle it.

But as i see whenever cheetah is not operating under steemit the posts just keep getting copied one after another and only few of them being noticed by people.

Lets talk about a new and very popular source of plagiarism

Since cheetah started operating many people's found way how they wont be caught by cheetah and i must admit, that way works even better.
What im talking about? Simple copying sources from diff language and translating them into English using google translate.
As many people might try to look for the source, but its hard if its not in original language. So they don't pop up in google.
Since no 1 can find the source they believe its probably their job and just up-votes it. While the copier just took 5 minutes to add some funny gifs. and stuff.

70% of the steemit community are non English/American ?

I would say no big deal few people copied that, but if its keep increasing as such a big amount of peoples are from different countries. We might have a big problem there, and the worst is i don't know how to solve this.

So i am asking if anyone clever enough make a comment or take some actions.
