Bitcoin Price Struggling to stay above $11000  mark which has been crossed two times in this week and again the value is above $11000. The plunge in value started after the introduction of SegWit capability and now people are satisfied with the transaction speed and the fees of transaction.

Exchanges like Bitfinex and Coinbase have implemented Segregated Witness but some exchanges are like Bittrex are still charging the fees of 0.001 BTC for withdrawal which is very high that's why exchange to exchange transfer of BTC is still some what costly however you can send small value BTC in few cents.
