<div class="text-justify"><p>Desde comienzos de mi bachillerato estoy hablando no se como a mediados del 2009 padecía de fuertes migrañas, pero no más, sentía molestia ocular cuando estaba pronto a darme esos dolores, pasado uff mucho tiempo por allá en el año 2016-2017 comencé a presentar dolores de cabeza muy recurrentes, los que empezaban generalmente por molestia en la vista.

Como la mayoría de los seres humanos, hasta no verse más afectados y ya no tolerar el dolor aunque solían ser leves y molestias, esta vez, pero era algo constante. Solo allí acudí al oftalmológo, donde salí con un diagnostico de hipermetropia e astigmatismo aunado a eso las ocasionales migrañas que todo lo empeoraba, me adaptaron lentes y desde allí todo apasiguo y mucho tiempo dure feliz sin sufrir de la vista.</div>

Dure años con esos lentes, hasta que ya mi vista rechazo la fórmula y bueno, comenzó un nuevo ciclo, me sentía bien, solo en algunos casos ***cómo exagerar con los celulares, o viendo luces muy cerquita*** era que sentía molestia, de resto me sentía bien. Y bien es cierto que nada es eterno y el tiempo pasa factura, aunque estuve desde inicios del 2020 sin lentes (más que todo por priorizar otras necesidades), fueron escasos los dolores de cabeza, ya hace aproximadamente 1 mes, volví a sufrir una fuerte migraña y desde allí quedé con dolores leves de cabeza casi que a diario comenzando igual por el dolor ocular, y visión borrosa.

¡FUE AQUÍ QUE TOQUE FONDO! Y me puse en contacto con el oftalmológo y me volvió a valorar, refiriéndome el uso permanente de lentes ***nuevamente***, comenzando mi búsqueda, visitando ópticas en busca de mejores presupuestos y di con la mejor..

>IT WAS HERE THAT I HIT BOTTOM! And I contacted the ophthalmologist and he reevaluated me, referring me to the permanent use of lenses ***again***, starting my search, visiting opticians in search of better budgets and I found the best one.

En esta óptica me brindaron una excelente atención, un mejor presupuesto y en vista que hacia esto mas que todo por necesidad y por mi salud, no me mortifique mucho y escogí una montura un tanto económica, gastando un total de 65$, siendo lo más costoso los cristales puesto que la montura me salió en un costo de 20$. En verdad espero sentirme mucho mejor ahora, con mi nuevo tratamiento visual.
