Cultivate a circle of friends nearby and good family relationships, because these are the people you will listen and support in difficult times, making it more resilient.</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>2. Use a positive imagination.</strong> Think reasonable. That is, do not view the problems or crises as disturbing and unacceptable tragedies, but as trials that you must defeat. Try to have a wide perspective and believe that these difficulties will not remain forever, but eventually arriving. Think you have sufficient capability to devote effort and find answers. Make no error of thinking.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>3. Develop goals and objectives.</strong> Set realistic goals to help you start changing things you want to change. Accept the reality.</strong> Who refuses to accept reality as it is can never change it . And if you can not think you will solve nothing. On the other hand, sometimes things can not be changed in the present and you need to know to be patient and wait. What cannot be fixed today can have it tomorrow. Meanwhile, you accept things as they are trying to feel your best with how good you have in your life.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>5. Act.</strong> When you stand before an adversity, try to do everything you can but your attempts still do not seem to lead anywhere. If you're doing it is because you're thinking of solutions. No matter if many of these solutions are ineffective, what is important is that you are using your mind and you are acting and that will sooner or later find you achieve any progress or an idea. If you do nothing, the problems will not disappear by magic.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>6. Trust yourself.</strong> Seldom a predicament is so unmanageable that it looks unlikely for us to do. This method of reasoning can drive to a sense of helplessness, of being confined incapably. But I really do not know what you can do until you try. No matter how difficult it may seem at the moment, do not stop to think that sooner or later will find the way and find the solution. That's what it means to trust yourself and your own ability to face whatever life brings you.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>7. Learn to grow with your problems.</strong> The problems or crises are challenges you meet in life and push you to get the better of you, be strong, to think and find solutions, to act. They often push you to change your point of view and make it broader and more flexible, make you grow up and make you see the world and others in a more realistic way. Re-invent the blows that life gives you a better person you become or will become resentful and embittered be the "injustice of life". These bumps can make you more empathetic, more tolerant of human weakness (the same as you saw in you in times of crisis), can help you understand behaviors and attitudes that you understood, can teach you about your own inner strength. The moments of crisis can also be used to see clearly what people are worth in your life are those you really can count and start seeing more appreciate your support and love in tough times. If you know use it and take advantage of it, adversity can help you become a better person.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Of course, we do not want bad things to happen, but if we go, we can at least use them to take something positive from them. I once heard a phrase in a television series (Criminal Minds) caught my attention. He was saying that some people who have been severely abused as children become abusers or criminals. What adversity makes you depends largely on your own attitude.</p> <p><br></p> <h3>9.
