In fact, there have been changes in the activity of the frontal lobes, which play a leading role in the control of emotional states and decision-making. It has been appreciated that when people perform physical activity frequently until it became a habit, blood flow to this region of the brain increases. That might be the real reason after running can think more clearly, focus better, find solutions and make better decisions. </p> <p>In fact, how your areas are also involved in emotional regulation, that could be the explanation why we can better control our emotions after running.
