Soulful music by sam smith right there..

Sometimes music does more than it's role of entertainment. It feeds
our souls due it's inherent power to offer comfort and to sympathize with
our deepest emotions including pain. I find that at times it helps to feel pain
previously locked away and grieve since for me seems to prevent it from growing in hindsight, eating me up slowly till it's no longer unavoidable...  

This why i've chosen this piece by Sam Smith, i hope you enjoy it even over the poor lightening too..
